Years ago, as a health coach primarily focused on nutrition, I realized there were underlying issues that nutrition alone couldn’t address. Picture yourself in a tranquil setting, such as a serene beach or a quiet forest. Feel the calmness seeping into you, clearing your mind of any stress or tension.
Practicing gratitude: Acknowledging the good in your life trains your brain to focus more on positivity. Make it a habit to note three things you’re grateful for at the end of each day. It could be as simple as a good cup of coffee or as significant as a major work achievement. This simple yet effective practice leads to increased joy and fulfillment.
