Meet Catherine
Hi, I'm Catherine Polet — a Holistic Nutrition Health Coach based in Southwest France. I help people eat well, lower stress, sleep better and rebuild steady energy, through practical nutrition and proven relaxation tools, without overwhelm or extreme plans.
My story
I came to this work the long way round. After many years in a demanding professional career, I learned first-hand how easily good health slips down the list when life is full — and how much difference small, realistic changes make once you finally give them room.
For more than thirty years, alongside everything else, I kept returning to the same things: good food, movement, and simple tools to quiet a busy mind. They became the foundation of how I live — and now, of how I help others.
Today I live in Southwest France, where the markets, the seasons and the unhurried way of eating are a daily reminder that feeling well doesn't have to be complicated.
How I work
My approach is practical and grounded in science, but gentle. No restrictive diets, no guilt, no all-or-nothing plans — just realistic changes that fit your life, build on each other and actually last. I look at the whole picture: what you eat, how you sleep, how you handle stress, and how it all connects.
I'm a coach, not a doctor or dietitian, so I work alongside your medical care, never in place of it.

Who I work with
I work with women and men, typically in their 30s to 60s, who want to feel better in their body and everyday life — often through a busy or transitional time. Many are English-speaking residents of Southwest France; others work with me online from around the world.
