A gentle, grounding practice for a calmer mind, a stronger body and steadier energy.

Yoga has been part of my life from the very beginning. My mother was a yoga teacher, so I like to joke that I started practising in her belly. I grew up on the mat, began teaching over thirty years ago, and have taught ever since — the same gentle Hatha yoga my mother did: calming, restorative and accessible, with none of the pretzel poses. As a Holistic Nutrition Health Coach, I weave this kind of yoga into how I help people lower stress, sleep better and feel more at home in their bodies.

My approach to yoga

I teach gentle Hatha yoga — calming, restorative and breath-led, focused on relaxation and recovery rather than intensity. There are no pretzel poses and no pressure to be flexible or "good at it." Whatever your age or starting point, the practice meets you where you are and leaves you steadier, not exhausted.

Yoga is one of several tools I draw on in my work, alongside practical nutrition and autogenic training — because feeling well comes from how you eat, move, breathe and rest, together.

One thing I offer that very few others do: private sessions that combine gentle yoga with autogenic training — movement and deep relaxation together, for a profound sense of calm. Available one-to-one and in person, locally in Southwest France. Get in touch to arrange.
