I'm Catherine Polet, a Holistic Nutrition Health Coach based in Southwest France. Whether we work one-to-one, in a small group, or through your workplace, the approach is the same: practical, science-informed and gentle, built around small changes that fit your real life and actually last. I coach in English, French, Spanish and German, in person locally and online worldwide. I'm a coach, not a doctor or dietitian, so I work alongside your medical care, never in place of it.

I work in packages rather than one-off sessions, because real change takes more than a single conversation.
