A simple and natural remedy

Drinking hot water is a remedy that is too often neglected because of its simplicity. In Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as in Ayurveda, drinking hot water is a simple and natural remedy. Hot water is absorbed more easily by our body, because it does not need to warm the water before assimilating it. Hot water helps us to eliminate toxins from our body more easily and activates the circulation, stimulates our immune system, has a favorable action on our digestive system, facilitates brain activity while calming the nervous system and tones the muscles.

Start the day by drinking a cup of hot water in the morning. Then drink it throughout the day, in small sips, but not with meals. This daily practice is very effective in maintaining our health and helps to eliminate various toxins that interfere with the proper functioning of our body.

Hot water is a simple and natural remedy. Other hot drinks, such as teas or infusions, cannot replace it, because the presence of vegetable substances causes a digestive process that delays its assimilation.
