Ginger Chicken Noodle Soup

Ginger Chicken Noodle Soup

This Ginger Chicken Noodle Soup is one of my favorites during the winter, with its scent of the simmering mix of chicken and ginger.

Packed with anti-inflammatory ingredients like ginger and garlic, it’s just what you need to boost your immune system during wintertime, although I eat it, whatever season we’re in.

This recipe is part of my new book Healthy You Healthy Planet ― coming out soon ― with many recipes that make you happy, healthy and wealthy.
