Baked Apples with Walnuts and Cinnamon
This is about as simple as dessert gets. An apple, a few walnuts, a little cinnamon, and half an hour later the whole kitchen smells of autumn.
There is hardly any added sugar here, because a baked apple is sweet enough on its own. The walnuts and the spoonful of yoghurt make it a dessert that satisfies without sending you to sleep afterwards.
