If you work from home, you may have seen your health decline and your lifestyle change. This is normal as you don't have the same routine as when you went to work. Maybe you don't even change your pajamas because you don't have to see anyone outside the house.
As a result, you let yourself go. If you're alone and don't talk to some of your co-workers, you may feel isolated and easily bored. It can be mentally difficult if you don't know how to cope. Also, when you are bored, you tend to be "hungry" at all times, so you spend the day snacking. It's easy to get lazy as you stop following your schedule and unconsciously decrease your productivity.
If you want to feel better about your life and regain your balance, you need to get organized first.
Even if you don't go to work, prepare yourself as you usually do in the morning, it will help you feel refreshed.
Write down the different things you need to do during the day, such as running errands or exercising.
Working at home doesn't mean you can't take breaks, your brain and body need them. Also call your friends or family when you have a break, it will help you stay focused working.
It can be tempting, but stick to your usual meal schedule. And if you are really hungry, you can eat healthy snacks such as fruits, nuts or raw foods like carrots. By staying home, even if you are working, you have no excuse for not cooking healthy meals. There are many things you can do to make it easier, such as planning your meals for the week ahead.
