When it comes to buying healthy foods like fruits and vegetables, you don't need to buy the ones that are trendy. Buy the ones that are in season. Not only do they taste better, but they help you save money.
You may like ease and generally eat the same meals on a regular basis. The problem is that you don't have variety on your plate. Your body will lack some nutrients, as each ingredient provides your body with something different. So if you want your body to be well nourished, your diet has to be well balanced too.
This does not mean that it has to be complex. We tend to think that healthy equals complicated recipes, but this is not the case. You can make simple but delicious recipes that will make cooking much more enjoyable as well as healthy.
Is it hard to stick to an exercise routine?
Find the kind of exercise that you really enjoy, not the one that you think will make you lose more weight or faster. Try something different that you enjoy, so it won't seem like a burden and you can stick to it regularly and easily.
And finally, think about why you want to do these exercises and diets!
Do you feel bad about yourself, about your body?

Maybe you are focusing too much on physical appearance, either due to people you see in real life or on social media.
Stop focusing on other people's bodies and start focusing on self-love and confidence.
