Hello September!

As the summer ends, we are back to our September routine, with the return to work and school for the kids.

The vacations seem to be far away already! The daily routine has already taken over and you're wondering how to keep some of the benefits of the more relaxed and balanced pace of the summer.

Whether you're still working at home or already back at the office, it would be good to keep up the energy of the summer so that you don't end the year exhausted.

A healthy body with an optimal immune system is based on a number of factors.

Three of the most important factors are quickly impacted when we return to our bad routines in the fall:

  • poor nutrition, due to lack of time

  • lack of sleep, as we have to get back into the rhythm of work and school

  • stress, which can quickly turn into chronic stress

Of course there are other factors that impact your health and your immune system. But by starting to balance this trio, you will not only keep ― or regain ― more energy, but you will also boost your immune system and your health. Bonus: if you've gained a few pounds, they'll come off too!

You’ll find plenty of easy, seasonal ideas in my recipes to get you started.

Add a few good habits to your daily routine and you're all set!

Let's make this month of September our ally and enjoy the last days of summer in great shape!
