How to make the best of the current situation with Coaching and Autogenic Training

Many of us are feeling overwhelmed with what is happening around the world right now. Loneliness, anxiety and/or stress can be very high. Many feel overwhelmed by the routine change they didn’t choose, trying to find a new balance amid the negative news all around the medias.
For those who are isolated and those who are stuck with their partner and kids, trying to make the day smooth but having to handle also sometimes frictions and conflicts, more than ever, it is important to find the way back to yourself and be kind, not only to others but first with yourself.
Difficult roads lead to beautiful destinations
It takes some time to find a new structure or routine to make the most out of this time we have now. It’s OK to have a initial time to get used to the current situation and find a new way of living and working, even if it is just temporary. But at one point, you should think about how you would like to have your life and use this precious time to make it happen. You need to take care of yourself and make it a priority.
